The once-cherished experience of unity — present amongst likeminded spirits in a nightclub — has oftentimes been replaced by a kaleidoscopic frenzy of competing technologies, vying for attention. For some it has become insufficient to have lived a moment, there needs to be proof of it. Even though there’d be no-one to doubt such experience.
   We Come One is an ode to all dancers, spaces and collectives who truly understand the dynamics of the dance.

To have lived a moment, to have let it fade.
Only to relive them in the flesh again, another time.

Otis Verhoeve (b. 1999) is a freelance graphic and type designer working and living in Brussels, Belgium.

His practice consists of cliënt based graphic work and a more autonomous approach when creating (bespoke) typefaces for (a) foundries; (b) clients; or (c) himself.

Whenever he's not looking at, and/or structuring collections of letters Otis can be found lurking around dusty bins on the look out for records or writing up strings of words for music related endeavours.

If none of the above applies you are likely to find him front-right at one of Brussels finest electronic gatherings.
